JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer Number of Position(s): 3 Location Chennai(2 Openings),Hosur(1 Opening) Roles & Responsibilities: Sales: Drive new business development in the manufacturing and engineering sectors within the assigned region. Build and nurture customer relationships to understand machining needs and offer tailoring solutions. Recommend suitable CNC machines( Turning Centers, MCsVMCs) based on application requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic and consultative selling. Service: Oversee installation and commissioning of CNC machines, ensuring accurate setup. Conduct operator and maintenance team training for effective machines usages. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues promptly. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine uptime and reliability. Document service activities, machine performance, and customer feedback comprehensively. Qualification: Diploma, B.E/B.Tech Essential Competencies/Attribute Self motivated & Targer Oriented, dynamic market condition Experience: 3-4 Years Experience Reporting to: AGM-Sales Head Compensation/CTC: As per market standards Required From ( Date) : ASAP
