Sales and Marketing Representative

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Experience Required: Min. 1 years (Fresher can apply)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Age Limit: 20–35 Years

Remuneration: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (Based on experience and interview performance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory to generate leads and promote solar products and services.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Maintain strong knowledge of solar products to educate customers on benefits and solutions.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to build brand awareness.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.

Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline.

Travel to field locations for client meetings and site surveys as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Other Requirements:

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of solar energy and products (preferred but not mandatory).
