Key Responsibilities: Assist in converting student enquiries and leads into successful admissions. Support in counseling prospective students by sharing information about program features, teaching methodologies, and curriculum. Respond to student and parent queries regarding course options, program suitability, and career prospects. Proactively follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and other communication channels. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
