Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential documents and communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Assist with personal errands and event coordination. Manage emails, calls, and prioritize tasks. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. Bachelors Degree preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern digital tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Preferred Attributes: Positive attitude, well-presented, and detail oriented.
