Manage and regularly update the company’s website and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and videos focused on water testing, consultancy, and training courses. Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve ROI and generate quality leads. Coordinate with the consultancy and training teams to promote upcoming courses and services. Handle online reputation by responding to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Assist in offline marketing activities whenever required.
