Roles and Responsibilities Conduct lab testing and analysis of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and other building components. Operate laboratory equipment such as compressive strength machines, mixers, and spectrophotometers to ensure accurate results. Perform routine maintenance tasks on lab instruments and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Assist in developing new test procedures for novel building materials or technologies. Collaborate with researchers to troubleshoot issues related to lab operations or instrumentation.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct soil testing at construction sites using NABL-accredited laboratories. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations during product testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to lab operations and equipment maintenance. Develop and maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and certificates. Provide technical support for product development by conducting experiments and analyzing data.

1. Perform routine and a specialized test on construction materials including Soil, Aggregate, Flyash, Concrete etc. according to the standard procedures and report results accurately. 2. Ensure that all materials are tested in compliance with Indian standards. 3. Prepare and process samples for testing ,including mixing, conditioning or molding materials as necessary
