Reporting and working on various accounting aspects of the organization including Statutory, Compliance Banking and reporting to the Accounts Manager including – 1. Issuing POs to suppliers, and checking the inwards Reconciliations with the suppliers on a monthly basis 2. Coordinate with banks for opening, amending, and closing LCs. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with LC terms. 3. Work with purchase manager to track import shipments, ensuring timely clearance from customs. 4. Verify received goods against purchase orders and invoices. 5. Stock Planning - Planning minimum order levels, inventory levels and submitting inventory reorder related reports to the management 6 Forecasting the purchase based on analysing customer lifting patterns, supplier production lead time and transit time 7. Ageing stocks - Analyse, report to the management and prepare action plan for reduction of ageing stocks Preferred candidate profile : Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overall sales growth and customer base expansion for commodity polymers across South India (PE, PP, PS, etc.). Manage high-volume sales through large volume customers . Build and maintain strong relationships with large processors and bulk buyers in sectors like packaging, pipes, films,and consumer goods. Develop pricing and volume strategies in coordination with principal companies and respond to market fluctuations. Monitor competition, pricing trends, and customer demand Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and collections. Report sales data, forecasts, and profitability metrics regularly to senior management. Required Candidate Profile: 1. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. 2. Experience in managing high-volume commodity polymer sales. 3. Sound market knowledge of processors, traders, and OEMs using commodity polymers. 4.
