Rubber Molding Machine Operator

Job Location - Meerut (Delhi road)

Salary - up to 15k

• Set up and operate rubber molding machines (compression, injection, or transfer molding).
• Load raw rubber materials into molds and monitor the molding process.
• Inspect molded parts for defects or irregularities and perform basic quality checks.
• Trim, finish, and assemble molded rubber parts as required.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of machines and work area.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to maintenance or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow job order instructions.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
