RMO- MBBS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified MBBS doctor for the position of Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to manage inpatient care, assist during emergencies, and ensure round-the-clock medical supervision. The RMO will work under the guidance of senior consultants and be the first responder for patient needs during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical attention to admitted patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, update case sheets, and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff for day-to-day patient management.
• Attend medical emergencies and assist in stabilization.
• Maintain documentation, discharge summaries, and referrals accurately.
• Ensure proper handover to the next shift RMO.

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the State or Indian Medical Council.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required:

• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team and patients.
• Ability to handle emergency cases calmly.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
