Job Overview The Job Role will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales and financial data, preparing financial reports, and collaborating across departments to support informed decision-making. The individual will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, supporting budget preparation, and creating presentations for investor road shows and financial reviews. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Report preparation: Prepare and maintain periodic reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions. Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasting, in collaboration with various departments and periodic tracking and reporting of the same Investor Presentations: Create insightful presentations for investor roadshows Financial models & templates: Prepare detailed financial models and templates and streamline data analysis and reporting. Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of sales performance, operations, manufacturing and identifying key trends and insights to support day to day and strategic decisions. Role Overview We are seeking a Production Manager/Engineer with a strong background in food/meat processing operations, regulatory compliance, process improvement etc. The role requires hands-on experience in production management, food safety protocols, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in FSSAI, HACCP, GMP , and other relevant food safety standards, and must ensure smooth and compliant production flow. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day management of the production process which involved conversion of raw ingredients to dehydrated form. Timely execution of production as per schedule and maintaining quality and safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure resource availability and machinery readiness. Food Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations, licensing norms, and hygienic processing standards. Implement and manage HACCP guidelines to identify and mitigate food safety hazards across production stages. Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain documentation for audits and inspections. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., FSSC, BRC, SQF, IFS). Quality Control Collaborate with the quality team to ensure production quality meets defined internal and regulatory standards. Specialization in food processing, food safety, or meat technology is preferred. Good understanding of FSSAI regulations , HACCP , GMP , and exposure to global food safety standards like FSSC 22000 , BRC , or IFS .
