Retail Sales Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Sales Trainer to upskill our retail and in-store teams across experience centers and partner outlets. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, customer interaction, and sales conversions, aligning with the brand tone and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sales and product training sessions to in-store teams (Toothsi & Skinnsi).
• Train teams on customer experience, soft skills, objection handling, and consultation techniques.
• Ensure deep product understanding across services like clear aligners, laser hair reduction, acne treatment, etc.
• Conduct regular assessments, role plays, and refreshers to reinforce training.
• Work closely with area sales managers to track performance and identify training needs.
• Visit experience centers & retail partner stores for on-ground training & audits.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging in pitch.
• Provide feedback on training effectiveness and update content accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare).
• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales training, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare, Aligner
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging sessions both online and on-ground.
• Willingness to travel frequently across cities and locations.
• Experience in grooming, personal care, or aesthetics training is a plus.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with premium D2C or clinical beauty brands.
• Familiarity with tools like LMS platforms, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
• Certification in soft skills / sales training (Train-the-Trainer preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
