Key Responsibilities: 1. Google Business Listings Management Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles for all store locations Ensure accurate contact details, store hours, photos & localized offers Respond to reviews and questions to maintain high brand reputation Leverage insights to improve local SEO and search/map visibility 2. Retail Marketing Support Plan and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to each store Launch in-store activations, promotions , and customer engagement events Align closely with store teams to ensure messaging and sales goals match 3. Market Research & Analytics Track competitor marketing , consumer trends, and industry benchmarks Use Google Analytics, campaign metrics , and customer insights to refine strategy Share bi-monthly performance dashboards and quarterly competitor reports Key Deliverables Optimized Google Listings for 100% of stores Monthly store-level marketing plans based on demographics At least one in-store event per quarter per store Quarterly market & competitor analysis Bi-monthly campaign performance reports and dashboards Improved store visits from organic search & higher local SEO ranking Aligned marketing + sales KPIs with measurable impact
