Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Qualification: MBBS / BAMS Experience: 0 – 10 years (Freshers to experienced) Salary: Up to ₹1,30,000 per month (Based on experience & qualification) Job Responsibilities: Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients admitted in wards/ICU/emergency. Monitor patient vitals, reports, and treatment progress. Assist senior consultants in procedures, diagnostics, and emergencies. Maintain accurate patient records and medical charts. Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for efficient care. Handle medical emergencies and initiate immediate treatment. Update patient families about clinical progress (if required by management). Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile: For MBBS: Valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council. For BAMS: Valid AYUSH license and experience in emergency/ICU setups preferred.
