Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct research on organic chemistry projects, including synthesis, characterization, and optimization of chemical compounds. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and gather data for scientific papers. Analyze experimental results using computational tools such as NMR, IR, GC-MS, HPLC, etc. Collaborate with other scientists to develop new methods and improve existing ones. Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and conclusions. Desired Candidate Profile Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Chemistry from a reputed university (Mandatory). 2-6 years of postdoctoral experience in organic chemistry or related field (Mandatory). Strong background knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
