Role Summary:

We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Research Executive to support us in preparing a detailed business report and strategic roadmap for launching our product line. This role involves market research, competitor benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, compliance research, and gathering data for product development and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research on the skincare industry, especially sensitive skin and Perioral Dermatitis segments (India and international).
• Collect and analyze data on customer needs, preferences, and behavior using surveys, forums, and industry reports.
• Benchmark competitor products, pricing, ingredients, certifications, and marketing strategies.
• Research regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, CDSCO, EU Cosmetic Regulation).
• Prepare structured reports, summaries, and insights to support business planning.
• Track emerging industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
• Coordinate with dermatologists, skincare specialists, or institutions for credible data.
• Assist in building a research repository for long-term business reference.
• Support the Founder/CEO in creating pitch decks and strategic business documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Strong interest or background in skincare, dermatology, health & wellness.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint, and basic data tools.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
