Visiting MahaRERA department as and when necessary to resolve client queries. Representing client at MahaRERA authority for queries. Need to coordinate with Self Regulatory Authority regarding RERA projects Priority management Need to visit client place & site visit as and when required Preparation of RERA form 3 Preparation of RERA form 5 Required Skills - RERA Compliance Revision P&L Ragistration Client Coordination Educational Background - UG: B.Com in Any Specialization/PG: CA in Pursuing, M.Com in Any Specialization Experience - 2-3 years relevant experience in real estate/construction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Real estate: 4 years (Required)
