Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing all production activities, including planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and achievement of production targets
Plan and execute weekly, monthly production schedules in alignment with business objectives.
Reduce waste and improve efficiency using tools such as Time Study, Kaizen, 5S etc.
Ensure optimal use of resources (materials, labor, equipment
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory requirements as per ISO 13485.
Develop and foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality and supply chain and PPC teams.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Responsible for Quality Control documentation as per our QMS requirement.
Responsible to Lead and direct a team of 250 to 300 workforce and ensure efficient and effective production assembly operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Medical device manufacturing plant as Production AM/DM especially for Medical Tubing Products.
Knowledge of Assembly product/components drawing reading.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: At least 8-10 years experience in a Medical device industry in Production department.
Basic Knowledge about ISO 13485, GMP and Indian MDR.
