Overall Job Description Drive achievement of sales targets through effective planning, goal setting, and execution. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and new business prospects. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes to support operational objectives. Develop exclusive sales plans and strategies tailored for the Light Commercial Vehicle segment. Facilitate post-sales support and communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with market needs and organizational goals. Provide timely feedback and development plans to team members.
