We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for our Physiotherapy Department in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. The candidate needs to be able to converse and communicate efficiently over a call and in person in the Languages Hindi, Marathi and English with all patients coming into the facility should be able to coordinate patient appointments by communicating well with both the Physiotherapist and the patient. Should be able to maintain documentation on paper as well as computer. A Broad overview of the Job Description: (Training shall be provided for the same) Greet the patients coming to the facility Inform the physiotherapist on duty about the arrival of a new patient or a scheduled patient Assist the patient with filling out the consent form, and file the same in a folder. Documentation of all patient data availing Physiotherapy services (Documentation in Register / Excel sheet) Assist in the billing process Answer enquiry phone calls/ physiotherapy leads, and close the request by coordinating with the team Make reminder phone calls/ messages to the patients who are scheduled for follow ups.
