Location: Mumbai, Andheri West Experience: Minimum 7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience to lead our finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective audit management. Key Responsibilities Lead finance team and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts. Prepare MIS reports and finalize standalone & consolidated financials (Ind AS). Manage statutory, internal, tax, and transfer pricing audits. Ensure accurate tax computations, ITR filings, and respond to assessments/notices. Coordinate for RPTs, balance confirmations, and loan documentation. Handle company secretarial filings: XBRL, ROC, board/AGM documentation. Monitor overheads, capex, and asset verification. Manage compliance filings (APR, FLA, LEI, CA with 7+ years experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards & tax laws. Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and MIS reporting. Excellent team management, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes Experience in a mid to large-size corporate environment.
