Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred.
