We're Hiring: Relationship Manager (PRM/IRM) Kolkata One of the leading private sector banks is looking to onboard Relationship Managers (PRM/IRM) to manage and grow their High Net-Worth (HNW) customer portfolio in Kolkata . Role: Relationship Manager (PRM/IRM) Location: Kolkata Bank: One of Indias leading banks Key Responsibilities: 1. HNW Portfolio Management (Acquisition, Growth, Retention): Identify and onboard eligible customers from Classic/Preferred portfolio Drive portfolio enhancement through regular client engagement Deepen relationships and ensure retention of key accounts Maintain high standards of portfolio quality and hygiene Offer advisory solutions in coordination with PBG Achieve revenue targets (MTD/YTD) 2. Operations, Marketing & Compliance: Ensure error-free documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms Maintain process hygiene as per 5S standards 3. Increase in Wallet Share: Cross-sell banking products to clients, their families, and associates Position the bank as a one-stop financial solution for clients 4. Product Penetration & Contribution: Drive IPGH (Income-generating Product Group Holding) Increase CTG (Customer to Group) level 5.
