Key responsibilities of this position will include:
1. Leading and mentoring a team of service technicians of the South region.
2. Implementing standardized service processes and procedures.
3. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are met.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to get backend work done.
5. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to enhance team competence.
6. Identifying training needs and coordinating with the training department to enhance the technical skills of the service team.
7. Analysing service data and generating reports to highlight trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Studio partners , customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to customer sites & studios (Can be outstation) which is non-negotiable.
