Key Competencies 1.To manage East Region warehouses operation (Kolkata, Ranchi, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati & Patna). 2. Operational reviews with 3PL to identify the gaps/ bottlenecks for improvements and efficiency. 3. Regular coordination with self-team across region, regional sales, marketing, commercial, Quality team, NPD team and H.O planning teams. 4. Expertise in negotiation with vendors, for effective rates for logistics services. 5. excellence in logistics cost analysis to reduce or control transportation cost & warehouse space cost. 6. Warehouse KPI Management & Deep analysis to improve / Lead action. 7. Monitor KPI performance of warehouses in the region. QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE Edu Qualification Graduation + Management Degree in Supply Chain Management Experience 10 to 15 Years Required Skills Exposure in SAP /TMS/WMS & MS office
