Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for domestic hiring
  
• Understand job requirements and source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely closure of positions
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  
• Build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive networking and referrals
  
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (15 years) in domestic recruitment (IT)
  
• Good understanding of various job portals and sourcing techniques
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
