The Role

Here’s your opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Recruiter, where you’ll drive end-to-end hiring strategies for both legal and non-legal roles across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal and non-legal roles across DWF’s global operations.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage the offer process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on legal or corporate roles.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and talent market.
• Proven expertise in identifying and engaging senior-level talent, including legal professionals and business leaders.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and building pipelines through referrals, networks, and market insights.
• Familiarity with corporate functions like compliance, risk, and operations in a law firm setting, with a proven ability to close niche and senior-level roles.
• Ability to influence business leaders and hiring managers with data-driven hiring insights.
• Experience managing passive talent, offering an exceptional candidate experience, and nurturing long-term relationships.
