Job Summary:

Manappuram Chits is hiring motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Recovery Employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dues collection, following up with customers, and ensuring timely recovery of payments in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients to follow up on overdue payments.

Maintain proper documentation of recovery activities.

Coordinate with the branch team for updates and support.

Resolve customer queries and maintain good client relationships.

Ensure recovery targets are met within specified timelines.

Report daily recovery status to supervisors.

Key Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to handle fieldwork efficiently

Basic computer knowledge

Integrity and professional conduct

Willingness to travel locally
