Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, a passion for customer engagement, and a strong ability to close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations
• Schedule and conduct site visits
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Knowledge of Chennai real estate market is an advantage
