Role: - Real Estate Development Analyst Industry: - Real Estate Job Type: - Full time / Consultant Basis. Job Summary: - Looking for a Real estate development analyst to focuses on the analysis of real estate projects and opportunities to support decision-making in acquisitions, sales, and portfolio management. This involves conducting market research, compiling and analyzing financial data, and developing reports and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research & Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on real estate trends, market conditions, and potential investment opportunities. Financial Modeling & Analysis: Building and maintaining complex financial models to assess the viability of projects, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and net present value calculations. Due Diligence: Performing due diligence on potential acquisitions, including verifying information, conducting property inspections, and assessing risks. Reporting & Presentations: Preparing detailed reports and presentations on market analysis, financial models, and investment recommendations for stakeholders. Investment Strategy: Supporting the development of investment strategies and providing insights for acquisition, disposition, and portfolio management decisions. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as real estate agents, investment analysts, and internal teams, to facilitate decision-making. Qualification and skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (Masters Degree is a plus). 2-5 Years of experience in Marketing, or real estate analysis. Knowledge of M S Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of the real estate market, Property types, investment strategies, and market trends. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
