Reactjs Lead

As a skilled and experienced front-end developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications using React.js and Next.js. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end developers, thereby fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing efficient data fetching strategies using GraphQL and React Query, as well as implementing real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies. Your technical skills should include deep expertise in React.js, with extensive experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes is essential. You should also be proficient in state management libraries such as Redux and/or Zustand, have a mastery of core JavaScript concepts including ES6+ features, and possess a comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices. Additionally, you should have proven experience in designing and implementing reusable UI components and modular front-end architectures, along with a strong proficiency in CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS. Experience with GraphQL for efficient data fetching, real-time communication features using WebSockets, and expert-level proficiency with React Query for managing server state and caching are also required. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Vite, as well as expertise in Git and collaborative development workflows, are essential. In terms of project management and leadership skills, you should demonstrate the ability to lead development projects, plan tasks, delegate responsibilities, track progress, and report on project status. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, experience in mentoring junior and mid-level developers, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies are also required. Nice-to-have skills for this role include experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress, knowledge of TypeScript, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and familiarity with GraphQL Subscriptions for real-time updates.
