Job Title: Research Associate - R&D Department – PD Lab & Synthesis Lab Industry: Pharmaceutical Location: Padra Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) We are seeking a motivated Research Associate for our Process Development (PD) Lab & Synthesis Lab . Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis for APIs and intermediates. Ensure lab safety and compliance with SOPs and GMP standards. Collaborate with QA/QC, production, and regulatory teams for technology transfer. Prepare technical documentation like BMRs, process reports, and validation protocols. Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
