Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Inventory & Stock Management : Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels. Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Report discrepancies and address any issues with suppliers. Vendor & Supplier Management: Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delays, and delivery issues. Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms. Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback. Cost Control & Budgeting: Assist in analyzing purchasing trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure procurement activities stay within budget. Work closely with the finance team to process invoices and payments. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier agreements. Prepare reports on purchase activities, expenditures, and savings. Job Summary We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with expertise in fabrication to create detailed technical drawings and models for mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1 . Create Detailed Fabrication Drawings : Develop 2D and 3D drawings using software’s like(AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for fabrication project. 2 . Technical Documentation : Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, fabricators, and other stakeholders to develop and refine designs. 4 . Design Analysis : Review and analyze designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and fabrication requirements. 5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve design issues and errors. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field. 2.
