We are hiring a skilled 3D Mechanical Designer with solid expertise in Solid Edge . The selected candidate will be actively involved in new product development and mechanical design tasks from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using Solid Edge Lead and execute new product development projects from concept design to prototyping and finalization Create and revise detailed 3D models and engineering drawings Ensure designs meet technical requirements, feasibility, and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product optimization Maintain design documentation and version control Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in 3D mechanical design Proficiency in Solid Edge CAD software is mandatory Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes Hands-on experience or strong interest in new product development Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities: 1. Territory Management: Develop and implement business plans for the North Region with a focus on achieving assigned sales targets and strategic objectives. 2. Direct Sales & Business Development: Drive direct sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads to long-term clients in the storage and racking solutions space. 3. Key Account Management: Manage and nurture strategic accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent business from key clients. 4. Operational Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of sales operations, from lead generation to delivery and project handover, ensuring timely and efficient completion. 5. Commercial Hygiene & Working Capital Management: Monitor receivables, control outstanding payments, and ensure compliance with company's commercial policies. 6. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely resolution of client issues, project requirements, and after-sales support, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare periodic sales and activity reports, and support leadership in strategic decision-making through timely MIS updates. 8. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal departments such as Design, Planning, Projects, and Finance to ensure seamless order execution and service delivery. 9. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge. Key Skills Required: 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration; Masters preferred 2. 57 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in storage solutions, material handling, or racking systems. 3. Proven experience in territory management and direct sales. 4. Strong understanding of commercial and working capital management. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6.
