Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to support smooth execution of site development. Manage temporary site offices, security, and logistics for project staff. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, environmental clearances, and safety norms during the project phase. Help with administrative onboarding of key personnel during the project phase. General Administration Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the plant. Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office buildings, plant infrastructure, and utilities. Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. Facility amp; Security Management: Supervise security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
