Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Manager

Location: GMR Airport

Project : Incor

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech )

Experience :

10 plus years of experience in high-rise building projects MIVAN Experience is required.

About the Job:

Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in CAD and COST-X (tools for quantity takeoff).
Prepare payment recommendations, manage variations, generate cost reports, and monitor cash flow.
Maintain project tracking and client billing.
Conduct audits of the entire project for cost assessments and provide cost estimates for project completion.

Project Master Schedule and associated schedules
Project BoQs for Budget and Tendering
