JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Monitor and analyze performance metrics Lead safety and quality improvement efforts Communicate quality initiatives and results to staff and stakeholders Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to develop best practices Conduct regular audits and reviews of hospital procedures Educate staff on quality assurance processes and standards QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Master’s preferred.
