Conduct final inspections before packaging/shipping. Measurement & Testing Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape, etc.) Test structural integrity, joints, finishes, and durability. Check alignment, dimensions, color matching, upholstery work. Documentation Maintain QC reports and records. Log defects and rework actions. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, customer specs). Compliance Follow safety and environmental regulations. Ensure adherence to design blueprints and manufacturing specs. Feedback & Improvement Communicate defects to production teams. Suggest process improvements to reduce defects. Train workers on quality standards.
