Location : Balewadi, Pune.
What Youll Do:
Monitor & evaluate sales and service calls/chats Share feedback and assist in performance improvement Prepare quality reports and maintain accuracy standards
What Were Looking For:
1-3 yr of Experience in Quality (Sales/Travel BPO preferred) Strong communication & analysis skills Good understanding of Visa and Holiday Package sales is a plus Ability to coach team members and drive quality metrics
