Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes and conducting reviews. Working closely with global QA initiatives and processes, your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, identification of improvement areas, and implementation of effective quality assurance strategies are key aspects of your daily tasks. You are expected to be an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality assurance processes and methodologies. Managing and collaborating with the team to achieve optimal performance is a significant part of your responsibilities. Decision-making for the team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to important decisions are essential aspects of your role. Your skills in implementing innovative quality assurance strategies to enhance overall product quality will be valuable. Regular reviews and audits to pinpoint areas for improvement, development, and maintenance of quality processes and documentation are also part of your duties. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as training and mentoring team members on quality assurance best practices, are critical responsibilities. In terms of professional & technical skills, proficiency in Selenium is a must. A strong grasp of quality assurance processes and methodologies, experience with test automation frameworks and tools, knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is an added advantage. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Selenium. The position is based at the Bengaluru office, and a 15 years full-time education is required.,
