Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQ, Tender Documents, and Estimation of Materials and Manpower for projects. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status. Develop detailed estimates for civil works, including quantity surveying, rate analysis, and bill checking. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field (Residential Buildings background preferred). Proficiency in preparing BOQs, tender documents, estimation software such as SAP PS module; knowledge of cost control systems an added advantage.
