A QC (Quality Control) Microbiologist at Baramati Agro Poultry is responsible for ensuring the microbial safety and quality of poultry products. Their key duties include: Sampling and testing of raw materials, water, finished products, and environmental surfaces for microbial contamination (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli). Monitoring hygiene and sanitation practices in processing areas. Maintaining records of microbiological test results. Ensuring compliance with food safety standards like FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO . Investigating and reporting any deviations or contamination incidents. Their role is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and protecting consumer health.
