Job Description

Manager - QC

Implementation of Quality Plan & ISO Procedures for the project in coordination with ISO coordinator.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommend and implement improvements when required.
Communicating quality plan of the project to the contractors and all stake holders for strict compliance.
Conducting site Audit on periodical basis and reporting to the Project head.
Responsible for all inspection and maintain test records of inspection & tests carried out.
Ensuring adherence to specifications and to achieve desired quality of work.
Resolving site related quality problems to ensure timely completion of task.
Review the Method statements for all the activities and to obtain clearances from Consultants & Clients where necessary.
Providing alternatives to prevent quality issues & conduct periodic quality meetings.
Prepare Daily/weekly/Monthly quality observation reports on the ongoing activities.
Conduct Regular Site/Classroom Training for the Workforce on the required ongoing activities.
