Job description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator , VMC Operator and HMC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components as per the technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other tools, ensuring proper alignment and calibration of equipment. Programming: Interpret and input CNC programs using G-code or M-code as required. Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce components with precision and efficiency, adhering to design specifications and tolerances. Quality Assurance: Conduct first-piece inspections, measure dimensions, and verify the accuracy of the output using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, inspections, and machine maintenance activities. Safety Compliance: Follow company safety protocols and ensure the working area is clean and organized. Preferred candidate profile Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field. Experience: Fresher to Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC/VMC Operator/Setter. Familiarity with CNC programming and tool selection is a plus.
