Responsibilities
· Implementing the project construction quality program at site.
· Monitor the quality performance of welders and conduct Toolbox talk for welders to improve their performance.
· Monitor the welding activities are as per WPS and Project specification.
· Coordinate with client regarding quality and technical issues.
· Responsible for all the quality control activities at site.
· Attending monthly QC meeting with Client.
· Carry out WQT for welders as per required specifications.
· Ensure painting has been done within the scope and as per approved client specification.
· Inspection of holiday and discontinuity using high voltage and low voltage holiday detector.
· Preparing of hydro test package and ensure pre-test punch list items (item ‘A’) are cleared before hydro test.
· Carry out MEI completion for the completed lines & preparing of MEI completion package.
· Ensure Bolt Torquing is carried out at required Torque values and as per procedure.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
