Job description Job title: ======= QA - Test Lead / Test Manager x5 Job Location: =========== Dubai Qatar Saudi Arabia Project Duration: ============== 2 Years Initially, Extendable Work type: =============== Work from office Desired Experience Level: ==================== 5- 10 Years Overall IT Experience: 5 to 10 Years Experience Key Responsibilities Lead and manage QA teams across one or more projects Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end test strategies including manual and automated testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage Oversee the creation of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications Define and track key quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation rate, etc.) Drive adoption of test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices Coordinate testing activities including unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT testing Manage defect lifecycle and ensure resolution timelines are met Train, mentor, and evaluate QA team members; facilitate knowledge sharing and growth Required Skills and Qualifications Strong expertise in QA methodologies and processes (Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC) Proven experience with testing tools such as: Manual Testing: TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM Automation: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium API Testing: Postman, REST Assured Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Certifications (Preferred or Required) Required: ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent Preferred: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certified Agile Tester (CAT) PMP or Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) Automation certification No.of positions: ============== 05 Email: ===== spectrumconsulting1977@gmail.com Job code: ======== QA_TEST_LEAD_0525
