Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead test automation strategy and technical direction.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using

  CI/CD pipelines

• Apply best practices like

• Manage test data and environments efficiently.

• Utilize test management tools (

  JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr

  ) for traceability and reporting.
• Perform performance testing using

  JMeter, LoadRunner

• Work in containerized environments using

  Docker/Test Containers

• Use cloud-based platforms like

  BrowserStack, Sauce Labs

  for cross-browser testing.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor and guide QA team members.
• Ensure quality in test plans, test cases, and defect reporting.
• Continuously improve QA processes and track automation ROI.
• Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software QA, with 5+ years in automation and 3+ years in a senior/architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver (Java)

  .
• Proficiency in

  CI tools

  (Jenkins),

  test management tools

  (JIRA, Zephyr), and

  SQL

  .
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and testing in cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
