"QA Manual Tester"

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Assist in the preparation of test plans and test strategies.
• Execute manual test cases to validate new and existing functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects using our bug tracking system.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings, providing feedback on product quality.
• Prepare detailed test reports and defect logs.
• Follow-up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Suggest improvements in testing processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and user requirements.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methods.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
