QA LEAD

A Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products or applications meet client requirements and are free of bugs before launch. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements by analyzing specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. You will create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Your role will involve designing, developing, and executing manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. It will also include identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs. You will be required to perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with developers and product managers to identify system requirements and troubleshoot issues. To excel in this role, you should have technical proficiency with experience in automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG. A good understanding of manual and automation knowledge is essential. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger is also required. Knowledge of bug tracking tools like TFS and GitHub is beneficial. An understanding of Agile Scrum processes is important as well. Strong analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are highly valued in this position.
