Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, a basic understanding of Java, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issuesPrepare and execute detailed test cases and scenarios based on product requirementsCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product qualityReport and document bugs in a clear and organized mannerParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetingsPerform regression testing when bugs are resolvedContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1.6 years of experience in manual software testingBasic knowledge of JavaFamiliarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have:

Exposure to any bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.Understanding of automation concepts or willingness to learn
