Job Description

Job Title: QA Engineer- Cypress & Playwright

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner preferred

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
Cypress
and
Playwright
.
Execute and monitor test automation suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Identify test scenarios and automate them for UI, functional, and regression testing.
Analyse test results, identify bugs, and report defects clearly.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing standards and processes.

Maintain test environments and ensure the availability of test data.

Required Skills:

Minimum
5 years
of experience in QA and test automation.
Strong hands-on experience in
Cypress
and
Playwright
automation tools.
Proficient in
JavaScript/TypeScript
.
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
Good understanding of
REST APIs
and experience with API testing.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing standards and processes.
Maintain test environments and ensure the availability of test data.
